$3.00 flat rate for 1st Class Mail with Tracking in the USA.

$5.50 for Prority Mail in the USA

Domestic:

When your order ships you are sent a tracking number for use on USPS.com. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact your mail carrier and Post Office for assistance. ElectronicStix Corporation cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International:

If you ship regular First Class International, the tracking number is a confirmation number that may or may not track. For an additional fee, USPS Priority International is available. It provides greater speed of delivery and is fully trackable. ElectronicStix Corporation is not responsible for customs delays or seizures, local post office delays or loss or Force Majeure.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS:

ElectroNicStix Corp. strongly believes in their product, as well as their customer service.  It is our promise to you to supply you with the best possible product with the best possible prices available.  We also strongly believe in quality assurance as one of our highest goals.

ElectroNicStix Return policies are as follows:

Defective merchandise may be returned (unless otherwise stated on the product page) within 14 days from receipt of the item. You must contact electronicstix in order to return items, and they must be accepted with an RMA. Non-approved returns will not be accepted.

Upon return of defective merchandise we will replace the defective item with a new and working one. Should an item be inspected, and deemed not to be defective, you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you. Should an item be inspected, deemed defective, and we are not be able to replace the defective merchandise: we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the defective merchandise. Shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

We only accept returns on mechanical hardware unless otherwise stated on the product page. All liquids, disposable, usable or consumable merchandise is sold As-Is, with no warranties express nor implied.  All sales are final.

 

We do not accept returns or replacements due to user error, for example reasons such as:  I don't like it - I thought it was something else - I did not like the color - It doesn't fit my current model, etc. - will not be accepted for return.  We expect you to take responsibility for your own decisions in these types of matters.  Please do not return anything without an RMA number - any non authorized merchandise returns will be returned to sender, or thrown away at your expense.  We do not accept returns on physically damaged items.
